Best for Simplicity

After trying several different journal / diary apps, Im very pleased that I found this one. It is clean, neat, and fast. I dont want to synch my journal with facebook or Twitter or anything else, and if I did, I know how to copy and paste. I hate convoluted apps that take 20 seconds to load and 10 clicks to find what I want. I dont need lots of gimmicks and junk, just a journal app to record my thoughts plain and simple, and that is what this is. Most important to me is that it can be backed up, is password protected, and opens quickly when I need it.

Just a note, landscape mode works but only one way (with home button on the right side) and I beleive only when you are typing.

The only thing I would add to this app is a calendar so I could scroll through months more quickly. Still, you can access entries by searching the date that you want.
